Rumico LLC (“Coachbase”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Coachbase platform at trycoachbase.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.

Profile Information

Coaches may provide additional profile details including a bio, profile photo, business name, specialty, timezone, and hourly rate. This information may be publicly visible on your booking page.

Booking & Session Data

We store appointment details including session type, date, time, meeting links, session notes, and action items associated with your sessions.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. We store transaction records including amounts, dates, and Stripe payment identifiers. Coaches who accept payments connect a Stripe Express account; Stripe's privacy policy governs their data handling.

Messages

Messages sent between coaches and clients on the platform are stored in our database to provide the messaging feature.

Uploaded Files

Files you upload to the resource library are stored in Supabase Storage and are accessible to the accounts you share them with.

Usage Data

We may collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security, debugging, and improving the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, and improve the Coachbase platform
To process bookings and payments
To send transactional emails such as booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices
To facilitate communication between coaches and clients
To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

Coachbase uses the following third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data they process.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (e.g., payment records may be retained for up to 7 years).

5. Cookies

We use cookies solely to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from staying signed in.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
